Сегодня хочу написать о пользе и благотворном влиянии шоколада на нас и на наш организм.

Мое знакомство с шоколадом началось еще в детстве. Но самое впечатляющее вкусовое ощущение было от немецкого шоколада, который я попробовала в первые в 16 лет. Тогда еще не избалованная разными шоколадными вкусами, я была взята в плен шоколада, и по сей день в нем нахожусь. До сегодняшнего дня чего я только не попробовала и белый шоколад и черный и молочный и сразными наполнителями. Сегодня рынок предоставляет огромное разнообразие шоколада и шоколадных изделий. Шоколад поднимает настроение, а ученые даже утверждают, что плитка шоколада в неделю и приготовленный из него напиток в среднем продлевают жизнь на год и омолаживают организм.

Почему? Прежде всего, благодаря содержащимся в шоколаде природным антиоксидантам – катехинам, которые защищают клетки от свободных радикалов, предупреждают развитие злокачественных опухолей и заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы. Напрасно обвиняют шоколад и в повышении артериального давления. Кофеин, который действительно может стать причиной гипертонии, присутствует в нем в минимальных количествах. Сравните сами: в чашке кофе – 120 мг кофеина, а в 100-граммовой плитке шоколада – всего 20 мг кофеина. От такой небольшой дозы давление резко повыситься не может. Так что 2-3 кусочка шоколада не повредят, а даже взбодрят. Шоколад также богат кальцием, магнием и фосфором, благодаря которым мы становимся красивыми и умными. Фосфор питает мозг, магний регулирует клеточный обмен, кальций обеспечивает крепость костной ткани. Тианины, содержащиеся в шоколаде, обладают антибактериальными свойствами и препятствуют образованию зубного налета; фосфаты и фтор укрепляют зубы. Вот такой он - этот шоколад.

"Ну как его можно не любить" - говорила она ему. Он не хотел ее ни скем делить, а она не собиралась от него отказываться. Ей было хорошо с ними двумя. И тот и другой поднимал ей настроение, и от одного и от другого у нее оставался сладкий вкус на губах.

В один из дней он решил с этим покончить, и выкинул его. Она пришла домой, и одного из них не обнаружила. "Ты не любишь меня" - сказала она ему, "тогда верни его"- "не верну" -сказал он, потому что был уверен, что поступил правильно. Она была печальной, он пытался ее развеселить, она ему улыбалась, но тут же улыбка сходила с ее лица. Он дарил ей цветы, а она тосковала по нему. Он не понимал ее. Ей хорошо было с ним, но ей не хватало его. Однажды она проснулась и увидела их. Его вернули. Они оба были с ней, как и прежде. Он любил ее, а она любила шоколад.

Мораль этого рассказа такова - мужчины любите своих женщин, и не запрещайте им любить шоколад. Это трио нравственно во всех отношениях.

La morale de cette histoire est - les hommes aiment leurs femmes, et leur interdisent de ne pas aimer le chocolat. Ce trio de morale à tous les égards.

Хочу написать для Вас небольшую историю.
Мой друг Олег Подгаец попросил меня помочь ему на его работе.
В их компании есть три грузовика и при этом ни один из этих грузовиком не работал несколько дней.

Олег работает директором в небольшой компании посреднике, торгующей специями и ингридиентами для изготовления колбас.

Я помогал его компании развозить продукцию на своем грузовике несколько дней.
Все эти дни, которые я работал для нихон был очень внимателен ко мне и вовремя давал деньги на топливо для грузовика, кормил обедом вовремя и покупал воду,чай и кофе во время небольших перерывов в работе.
В конце рабочего дня он вовремя выдавал зарплату за выполненную работу.
И спрашивал меня, могу ли я еще день или два поработать для их компании.
Олег очень внимателен к своим сотрудникам и клиентам компании, своим друзьям и своей семье.
Он умеет предоставлять сервис высшего уровня, когда это очень необходимо.
